REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- For all delegates, payment for registration fee can be made in USD, EURO or TL currencies.
- To pay in Turkish Lira, the bank rates on the day of payment are valid. https://www.garantibbva.com.tr/en/foreign-exchange-rates
- All banking charges must be borne by the participants. The amount of bank charges will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the conference.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reasons caused by the delegates.
- All travelling expenses will be borne by presenters and participants.
- An official invoice can be requested by emailing to ices2025conference@gmail.com. Please state your Paper ID number in the email.

There will be no refunds in any cancellation or changes in your registration.
